We’re now looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join us in a newly created, high-impact role at the heart of our commercial operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and data-driven thinking into fast-moving environments. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, helping to build a more aligned and predictable revenue engine.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll have great visibility across the senior leadership team and real influence on how we scale. This is a hybrid role based out of our Blackfriars office.

What you’ll be doing:
- Driving revenue performance
- Partner with Finance and commercial leaders to forecast, analyse and optimise revenue performance
- Take ownership of pipeline management, ensuring data accuracy and meaningful insights at every stage
- Provide clear reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue trends to support decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility of performance
- Improving sales and GTM operations
- Design and improve processes across the full customer journey, from lead through to renewal and expansion
- Identify gaps or bottlenecks in the pipeline and drive improvements in efficiency and conversion
- Oversee Deal Desk processes, ensuring consistency in pricing, governance, and compliance
- Support the wider revenue teams with guidance, training and hands-on support
- Owning systems and data
- Act as the main owner of HubSpot and related commercial tools
- Ensure high-quality, reliable data across systems, including integrations and data hygiene
- Evaluate and introduce tools (including AI where appropriate) to improve productivity
- Work closely with Finance to support NetSuite adoption and build a single source of truth
- Enabling cross-functional alignment
- Create smooth hand-offs between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to improve the customer journey
- Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, billing, and contract workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead scoring, attribution, and campaign performance
- Work with Data Engineering to improve how data is structured and used across the business
- Champion a culture of data-led decision making across the commercial teams
What we’re looking for:
- Around 5–8 years’ experience in Revenue, Sales or Commercial Operations (ideally in SaaS or technology)
- Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), including automation, reporting and integrations
- Experience improving forecasting, pipeline management and revenue processes
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- A good understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn and CAC
- Someone who brings structure and clarity, but keeps things practical and efficient
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting insights clearly
- Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment is a plus
- Background in cybersecurity or technology would be beneficial, but not essential
