We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Business Support Administrator to join our London office in a newly created part‑time role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or senior PA who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a part time role for 3 days a week, with scope for hybrid working one day a week, this role is ideal for someone seeking a fast‑paced and growing organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, supporting day‑to‑day operations and ensuring a high standard of administrative support at all times.

The Role
As Business Support Administrator, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the business. This is a varied role that requires sound judgement, strong communication skills, and a hands‑on approach, with exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing general administrative and coordination support across the business
- Managing day‑to‑day office operations and ensuring the smooth running of the London office
- Supporting client, supplier and employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with basic financial administration, including chasing outstanding invoices and purchase orders
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements for staff
- Delivering high‑quality diary management, including scheduling across multiple time zones and communicating arrangements clearly to stakeholders
- Managing travel bookings with strong critical thinking, considering logistics, cost‑effectiveness, timing, and proactively identifying the best options
- Preparing and presenting clear, accurate information to management, particularly when seeking budget approval
Key skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative, PA, office management or business support role
- Strong critical thinking and judgement, particularly when arranging travel and logistics
- Clear, confident communication skills, including the ability to present information succinctly to senior management
- Excellent diary management skills, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders across time zones
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
