We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced Cyber Security environment and is confident identifying and developing opportunities within an existing customer base. You will play a key role in driving revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and expanding long‑term client relationships across our portfolio of managed security services and solutions. This role is based onsite 3 days a week and 2 days working from home.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively engage with existing customers to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, building trusted, long‑lasting client relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, risks, and security challenges
  • Work closely with technical and service delivery teams to clearly position the value of our solutions
  • Conduct outbound calls, product demonstrations, follow‑ups, and renewal conversations
  • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to proposal, pricing, and contract signature
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account notes
  • Partner with marketing on targeted campaigns, events, and customer outreach initiatives
  • Identify churn risks and collaborate internally to strengthen customer retention
  • Stay up to date with cyber security trends, threats, and industry developments

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (within cyber security, IT, SaaS, or technical services)
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding upsell and cross‑sell targets
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
  • Experience managing and nurturing long‑term customer relationships
  • Comfortable working with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and confident working autonomously
  • A genuine interest in cyber security, or a strong willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, evolving environment
