This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and data-driven thinking into fast-moving environments. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, helping to build a more aligned and predictable revenue engine.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll have great visibility across the senior leadership team and real influence on how we scale. This is a hybrid role based out of our Blackfriars office.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Finance and commercial leaders to forecast, analyse and optimise revenue performance.
- Taking ownership of pipeline management, ensuring data accuracy and meaningful insights at every stage.
- Building and maintaining dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility of performance.
- Supporting the wider revenue teams with guidance, training and hands-on support.
- Acting as the main owner of HubSpot and related commercial tools.
- Ensuring high-quality, reliable data across systems, including integrations and data hygiene.
- Working closely with Finance to support NetSuite adoption and build a single source of truth.
- Partnering with Finance on revenue recognition, billing, and contract workflows.
- Collaborating with Marketing on lead scoring, attribution, and campaign performance.
- Working with Data Engineering to improve how data is structured and used across the business.
- Championing a culture of data-led decision making across the commercial teams.
Qualifications:
- Around 5–8 years’ experience in Revenue, Sales or Commercial Operations (ideally in SaaS or technology).
- Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), including automation, reporting and integrations.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment is a plus.
