SecurityHQ is seeking two experienced and driven Technical Project Managers to lead the successful onboarding and delivery of our Managed Security Services and Response platform. This is a critical, customer-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding journey while helping shape and standardize our customer onboarding strategy across accounts.

You will work at the intersection of technical delivery, customer engagement, and project leadership, managing complex implementations while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This role is hybrid in our office in Blackfriars London.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Drive a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience, supporting the unification of onboarding processes across customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Manage customer expectations, risks, and escalations effectively, including complex or high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, SOC, and sales teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication across all project phases.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operational teams following project go-live.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in technical project management within cybersecurity or a similar technical environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity, cloud (AWS/Azure), SIEMs, networking, or datacentre environments.
  • Commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project.
