This is a hands-on senior network engineering role where you will play a key part in delivering and optimizing managed network security services for enterprise clients within a fast-growing global cybersecurity business.
You will be responsible for the configuration, management and continuous improvement of network security infrastructure, acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues. Working closely with engineering, service delivery and client stakeholders, you will ensure high quality service delivery across firewalls, SD WAN and SASE platforms.
This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in our office in London.

- Own the technical delivery of managed network security services for enterprise clients
- Configure, deploy and manage network security infrastructure including NGFW, SD WAN and SASE or SSE platforms
- Troubleshoot complex network security incidents and produce root cause analysis
- Conduct proactive reviews of client environments to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Manage firewall rule sets, policy optimization and change processes
- Contribute to network security architecture design and engineering standards
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, configurations and service activities
Requirements:
- 5 plus years of hands-on network security engineering experience
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including BGP, OSPF, VPNs, NAT and switching
- Experience with SD WAN technologies and modern network architectures
- Experience working within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
