This is a hands‑on role in a 24/7 operation where attention to detail, discretion and sound judgement are critical. You will combine strong security awareness with excellent guest service, playing a key role in maintaining a safe environment while delivering a professional and approachable service to guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining a safe and secure environment across all areas of the hotel during overnight operations

- Supporting guests and colleagues with security‑related requests in a polite and service‑focused manner
- Upholding all Health & Safety, security procedures and confidentiality standards at all times
Previous experience in a security role within a luxury hotel or similar environment is highly desirable, along with a valid SIA licence and First Aid certification. You will be calm, dependable and observant, with a strong sense of integrity and a natural ability to handle situations with discretion and professionalism. You take pride in delivering both exceptional security and guest service, understanding the importance of balancing safety with a seamless luxury experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently across a rotating shift pattern. Flexibility is key, with a willingness to support additional shifts, including days, when required. A good level of spoken and written English and eligibility to work in the UK are required.
