Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting for a Night Reception Team Leader at The May Fair Hotel.
The role is based on a 12-shift, 4 days on/3 days off rota, overseeing night reception and lobby hosting to ensure a smooth guest experience.
You will handle check-ins and check-outs, assist guests with luggage, deputise for the Night Manager, greet guests warmly, manage cash and payments, and contribute to a personalised service while supporting administration tasks and promoting on-site amenities.
