We are currently Recruiting for a Night Reception Team Leader to join The May Fair Hotel.

Overview

  • An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a Night Reception Team Leader.

The hours for this role are based on 12 shifts on a 4 days on 3 days off rota basis.

  • As a Night Reception Team Leader you will be responsible for Night Reception and lobby hosting ensuring a smooth guest experience at night.
  • You will handle all aspects of the guest journey from check in and out, rooming and helping with luggage where necessary and will deputise for the Night Manager in their absence.
  • You will greet all guests in a pleasant manner.
  • Handle cash payments and float in accordance with company standards.
  • Responds to all guest communication professionally ensuring personalisation and customisation to ensure a high level of service excellence.
  • Assist with the daily completion of administration tasks within the department.
  • Ensure that all guest needs and requirements are fulfilled during their stay and they are made to feel as valued guests.
  • Promotes amenities and food and beverage outlets and arranges in house amenities as and when required.
  • Gathers information about guests in order to update our database to make proactive use of guest details to provide a truly personal service.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You

  • Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
  • Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
