We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager to look after the Front of House Night Operations at our 5 Star May Fair Hotel.

Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth running of the night operation and maintain a high level of service at all times.
- Ensure the FOH team follows all correct reception and night audit procedures as per company brand standards.
- Ensure all accommodation postings are correct and back‑up procedures are implemented.
- Lead the night team to establish a highly motivated and winning team.
- Ensure night security and guest safety are maintained at all times.
- A proven track record of overseeing a busy reception at night or hotel duty management experience.
- Previous experience with IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of English language written and spoken.
