Our client is looking for a SysOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in maintaining the security, stability, and performance of their production, staging, and development environments. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts to ensure system reliability and high availability.
- Manage networks, servers, and storage resources, including AWS VPC, EC2, and related services.
- Lead infrastructure enhancements and process improvements using cloud‑native tooling and best practices.
- Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, UX Designers, and other stakeholders in an Agile, team‑focused environment that values pair programming, whiteboarding, and peer reviews.
- Hands‑on AWS experience (minimum 2 years managing secure, high‑availability workloads).
- Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/alerting platforms.
- AWS certifications (or a willingness to pursue them).
- A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and experience handling incidents effectively.
