Works Engineer (Installation / Commissioning) – Fire Alarm Systems

Coverage: London + South East

On-target earnings: £60,000 (Inclusive of overtime, travel pay, and bonuses)

£4,000 sign-on bonus

Trinity Fire & Security are looking for an experienced Small Works Engineer to join our London based team, delivering high-quality installation and commissioning across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for installing, commissioning, and supporting a range of fire systems, ensuring full compliance and optimal performance. Working regionally, you’ll benefit from structured support from dedicated coordinators and technical specialists—so you can focus on what you do best.

Systems you'll work with:

  • Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open protocol systems

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned installation and commissioning across fire alarm systems.
  • Providing clear technical feedback and updates to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Proven experience with fire alarm systems.
  • Strong diagnostic skills.
  • Good working knowledge of relevant British Standards.
  • Confident communication and customer-facing ability.
  • Electrical safety awareness (ECA or equivalent) and solid technical understanding.
