Works Engineer (Installation / Commissioning) – Fire Alarm Systems

Coverage: London + South East

On-target earnings: £60,000 (Inclusive of overtime, travel pay, and bonuses) £4,000 sign-on bonus

Trinity Fire & Security are looking for an experienced Small Works Engineer to join our London based team, delivering high-quality installation and commissioning across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for installing, commissioning, and supporting a range of fire systems, ensuring full compliance and optimal performance. Systems you'll work with:

  • Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open protocol systems

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned installation and commissioning across fire alarm systems.
  • Providing clear technical feedback and updates to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Proven experience with fire alarm systems.
  • Strong diagnostic skills.
  • Good working knowledge of relevant British Standards.
  • Confident communication and customer-facing ability.
  • Electrical safety awareness (ECA or equivalent) and solid technical understanding.
