Client Account Manager – Fire & Security systems
Location: Wales
Salary:Potential earnings in excess of £70,000 with an uncapped commission scheme
The Role of Client Account Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, developing strong working relationships with client representatives, and driving account performance.
You will act as the key interface between Trinity and its customers, ensuring all maintenance and project work is delivered to the highest standards, in line with agreed KPIs and service levels. This role plays a vital part in ensuring client retention and identifying opportunities for additional value through improved service and new work streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for key client accounts, ensuring all services meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and project delivery to meet client expectations.
- Support bids and tenders, and help transition new contracts into live operations.
- Drive profitability, customer retention, and cash collection across assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
