Role Overview
We are looking for an organised, analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the management, reporting and analysis of operational data across the Project Management Office (PMO) .
The role will be responsible for maintaining dashboards, reports and trackers, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and presented clearly. You will help the PMO monitor operational performance, identify trends and support data-informed decision-making.
A key part of the role will be developing a good understanding of where data comes from, how it feeds into reporting and how it should be interpreted.
You will not be expected to be a data engineer or technical BI specialist, but you should be confident working with data and able to investigate when something does not look right.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytical career who enjoys working with data and wants to develop their skills across reporting, dashboards, business analysis and data tools.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Strong spreadsheet ( i.e. Google Sheets) skills and confidence working with data, formulas and reporting
- Experience creating, maintaining or managing dashboards and reports
- Organising , analysing and interpreting datasets
- Timely and accurate reporting
- Preparing presentations for delivery by management
- Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies or unusual movements in data
Data Quality & Process
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data
- Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy
- Understand, develop and maintain workflows
- Maintain process and documentation
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ability to investigate when something does not look right
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Knowledge or experience with Looker Studio or another BI/dashboarding platform
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Genuine interest in developing technical data and analytical skills
- Basic SQL experience or an understanding of querying data
