Job Description
Job Description: This position is for an experienced installer and technician in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania. This position requires excellent security industry technical skills. The successful candidates will be able to deal with many products and installation requirements. Their experience will include a strong working knowledge of residential and commercial security, CCTV, networking systems, fire and access control. SSC technicians also:
- can handle a fast working pace on the job and deal with multiple job requirements at the same time.
- have a working familiarity with Pa. state building codes and local codes in eastern Pa.
- are computer literate and skilled in network requirements.
- have good control-panel programming background.
Main Responsibilities: The SSC tech must be able to handle all of the above skills and requirements in real-world situations, successfully completing installations and service work of every kind needed by the company’s customers. Ability to assess field situations and respond to them independently is key.
