This is a rare chance to lead one of the most significant change programmes in a public body responsible for regulating an entire industry. The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to take the reins of its flagship change and transformation programme, a £700k investment that will reshape how the organisation delivers its regulatory mission for years to come.
You'll be working hand in hand with the Digital Transformation Lead, an external services partner and colleagues across the organisation to translate ambition into delivery. From governance and benefits realisation to embedding genuine business change on the ground, you'll be the person who turns strategy into results, while helping shape SIA's next corporate strategic plan.
This is an opportunity to build lasting programme and project management capability across the organisation, mentor and develop your team, and leave a legacy of stronger delivery practice that outlasts the programme itself.
You'll need to be a confident, credible leader, someone who can hold an external delivery partner to account, navigate central government requirements and commercial complexity, and communicate with equal ease across the Executive, the Board and delivery teams on the ground. A recognised programme qualification, such as MSP or APM, and a strong track record of leading complex change through to benefits realisation are essential.
