Contract: Full Time, Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location: Daily Travel betweenRAF High Wycombe (HP14 4UE) & RAF Brize Norton (OX18 1DR) Salary: Up to £28,000 per year Here at VIVO we are looking for a Stores Assistant to work on our Accommodation contract at RAF Brize Norton and RAF High Wycombe. Within a team of 4, you will primarily be responsible for organising and maintaining the stock and stores at RAF High Wycombe and RAF Brize Norton. You will be undertaking tasks such as ordering parts, opening and recording parcel orders, book in and close down deliveries. You will also be responsible for creating reports on stock and deliveries for response maintenance on the sites. What you’ll need to do this role It is essential that you have excellent self organisation skills, and you must be IT literate and have experience in report writing. It is highly desirable that you have a background or previous work experience as a stores person in a facilities management environment. This role will require travel to remote sites therefore it is essential that you hold a clean and valid UK driving licence or can travel to remote locations without the use of public transport. It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
