Role Description
As our B2B Demand Generation Manager you’ll play a key role in expanding our growth within organisations and businesses around the world, helping us build awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthening awareness and reputation. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to plan and deliver multi‑channel campaigns that support sales objectives and company growth. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with the sales team, SDRs, and AEs to align marketing activity with commercial goals to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute multi‑channel B2B demand generation marketing campaigns across email, social, content, SEO, and paid digital advertising to generate qualified marketing leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, SDRs, and AMs to deliver campaigns that support pipeline growth and lead qualification.
  • Plan and coordinate webinars, virtual events, and conference participation to engage audiences and support lead generation efforts.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as case studies, one‑pagers, and presentations to support the sales cycle.
  • Develop high‑quality B2B content to support sales and marketing activities, including blogs, thought leadership papers, and social posts.
  • Build and manage nurture sequences to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to reach different buyer personas effectively.
  • Monitor conversion rates across touchpoints and refine campaigns to improve performance.
  • Support channel partners and resellers with joint marketing initiatives and campaigns to support demand generation and marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot and other dashboards that track lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Use data to forecast pipeline contribution and campaign ROI, linking marketing performance directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

What We Need From You

Must‑Haves

  • Proven B2B marketing and demand generation experience, ideally within SaaS, tech, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience developing ABM and SDR‑focused lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools such as Clay, Dux Soup, or Apollo.
  • Demonstrated success generating leads through multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Confident using HubSpot for emails, campaign management, reporting, and lead tracking.
  • Data‑driven mindset, using analytics to measure performance and continually refine campaigns to ensure ROI.

Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools or CRM integration beyond HubSpot, showing adaptability with different tech stacks.
  • Experience working in a scale‑up or high‑growth environment.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and dashboard reporting.
  • Highly organised with strong project‑management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Content, and Design teams.
