About the Role:

Veeam, following its acquisition of Securiti AI - the leader in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM) - is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales to drive growth and lead high-performance teams, oriented around the Securiti AI portfolio. The Senior Manager, Sales, Northern Europe will lead sales execution for Securiti AI across the region. This sales leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building and managing high-performing teams, and helping establish Securiti AI as a leading provider of Data and AI Security, Privacy, and Compliance solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals across Northern Europe, working closely with senior leadership to align sales objectives with company vision and growth plans.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
