We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House, Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team. Working for one of our high-profile clients in Brimsdown, EN3 7PW. STARS at Securitas provide a “two roles in one" service to our clients, their staff, visitors, and customers. We combine excellent customer service across roles including Reception Services, Front of House, Concierge, Facilities, Office Management/Coordination, Administration, third-party vendor management, and more, all with discreet security services.
06:00-16:00 Monday - Friday, days only £16.35ph
Responsibilities:- Meet and greet staff, visitors, and contractors professionally and personable
- Deliver high-end customer-focused experience
- Assist with vehicle and personal searches as part of security routines
- Carry out ad-hoc patrols of the working area
- Encourage a high-performance approach among colleagues
- Maintain high standards of workplace appearance
- Work closely with client contacts to ensure an excellent environment
- Assist in emergency situations
- Provide timely, accurate information
- Respond to changing priorities
- Build rapport with recurring customers
- Represent Securitas and the client professionally
- Essential criteria: 5-year checkable history
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy for administrative duties
