What you’ll do
- Planning & scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits.
- Manage field service engineers' diaries and work allocation within your area in line with business targets.
- Arrange follow‑up visits for specialist equipment or subcontractors where needed.
- Log and track complaints ensuring swift resolution.
- Support your manager with additional admin and coordination tasks.
