Pay: Β£65K – Β£70K DOE + Securitas Benefits + Amazing Learning and Development Opportunities and a chance to work for one of our largest clients globally.
Base Hours: 37.5hrs Per Week + Chance to work across Europe overseeing 7 countries! Ability to travel 20-30% of the year!

We are on the look out for our next Regional Account Manager, working closely with one of Securitas\’ largest global clients! If you\’re a leader of true operational excellence and have a history of strong Account Management across countries and sectors, this could be the next big opportunity for you.

Our next Regional Account Manager, could be from any industry, ready to really make impact across your account, you will work in collaboration with the Security Management team, and will drive compliance, enhance service delivery, and contribute to ongoing operational improvements – Be the champion of adherence to standards, policies and procedures as well as the delivery of an efficient and effective security provision. This position has direct management, financial and operational responsibility for all 7 countries under your remit.

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will embody the client\’s Leadership Principles of Customer Obsession, Ownership, Bias for Action, Think Big, and is eager to help deliver the client\’s vision of providing a safe and secure workplace for all employees, stakeholders and third party vendors.

Job Description

Client Relationship & Service Delivery

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality service and swift resolution of any issues or escalations.
  • Evaluate service performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), initiating corrective actions where necessary.
  • Maintain daily client engagement, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand values.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and support management teams across regions, setting clear performance objectives and providing guidance to optimize operational outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance at all levels, identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance service delivery and employee engagement.
  • Play an active role in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the right talent is onboarded to meet client and operational needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all operational, financial, and administrative records are maintained to a high standard and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of services to meet both client and company objectives.
  • Analyse operational and financial metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure profitability, with full P&L accountability.
  • Identify and implement best practices across functions, promoting innovation and continuous improvement in collaboration with the Securitas Account Management Team.

Brand & Strategy Implementation

  • Champion the brand strategy of both Securitas and the client, ensuring consistency in service delivery and employee conduct.
  • Promote a positive image of both organizations through professional conduct, high service standards, and proactive client engagement.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain effective communication with line managers (Team Leads, Security Supervisors, Campus Managers, etc.) to ensure alignment with client requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and present operational and financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Report directly to the Securitas Regional Account Director, with a dotted line to the Area Security Manager, ensuring strategic alignment and operational transparency.

Qualifications

What we\’re looking for:

  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company\’s pre-employment 5-year history screening process, including drug screen and background checks.
  • Bachelor\’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent education or significant years of work experience.
  • Experience within the security industry is Desirable but not essential, we are looking for the right candidate! If you think you meet the criteria, hit apply!
  • Understanding of employment legislation relating to the provision of Security staff across the region, and their potential moves between providers.
  • Experience of dealing with information and intelligence, interpreting security threats and risks and management of investigations.
  • Experience managing service providers and vendors.
  • Results-oriented with strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
