Job Description
What You\\\’ll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping everything moving smoothly.
- Identify risks early in contracts and implement smart solutions.
- Forecast revenue and manage cashflow to drive financial success.
- Coordinate teams and resources to hit key milestones.
- Anticipate challenges with proactive risk management and problem-solving.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear, consistent updates.
- Lead key meetings from kick-off to handover, ensuring alignment at every stage.
- Maintain project documentation, budgets, and reporting to keep projects on track.
- Champion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all sites.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Solid project management experience, ideally in installation, construction, or technical environments
- Strong new business prospecting skills within the Fire market
- Proven track record managing large and/or multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
- Ability to forecast, report, and maintain financial control
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
Desirable
- Experience with NEC or JCT contracts
- Prince II, APM, or similar certification
- Experience maximizing install margins and revenue performance
