Pay: £16.43 per hour
Hours: 56 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, 6 on 3 off including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be central to the smooth and secure running of our OCI co‑location facilities. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will work closely with stakeholders including senior representatives from OCI, GPS, and on‑site data centre teams. This customer‑facing role requires professionalism, a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
In this role you will be responsible for access control, visitor management and real‑time monitoring of security, communications and fire/life safety systems. You will respond promptly to alarms, coordinate appropriate responses and ensure accurate documentation of all incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict access and egress control measures for the assigned co‑location to prevent unauthorised access.
- Monitor security, communication and fire/life safety systems via the provided monitoring systems.
- Monitor and respond to alarms, dispatch personnel as needed and document all incidents.
- Act as a proactive team member during incidents, taking detailed notes, communicating updates and providing relevant information to management.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and reports, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of any impactful events.
- Answer multi‑line telephones professionally and dispatch security resources via radio.
- Dispatch patrol officers to check and secure access areas and respond to incidents.
Qualifications:
- SIA licence.
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history.
- British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements).
- Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
