This role strengthens the HR capability supporting the Technology division across Europe. It delivers people-focused support throughout the employee lifecycle while shaping effective HR processes, enabling key projects, and contributing to the success of our transformation programmes. The role partners closely with business leaders, in-country HR teams, and the wider Securitas Technology HR community to drive consistent, high-quality people outcomes.
Major Responsibilities
- HR Partnership & People Experience: Partner with divisional leaders and HR colleagues to align people initiatives with organisational goals. Build trusted, inclusive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Enhance team wellbeing, engagement, productivity, and retention. Provide guidance across compensation and benefits, performance and talent, reward, learning and development, and general HR operations. Contribute to onboarding and day-to-day HR activity to support a seamless employee experience.
- Projects & HR Business Process Ownership: Lead or support HR Business Process Owner (BPO) activity, co-creating European and local HR processes. Collaborate in cross-functional project teams and structured workshops with country HR leads. Support policy development, job architecture work, and recruitment process improvement. Consolidate country inputs into clear, high-quality deliverables (e.g., policy harmonisation). Take hands-on ownership to deliver high-quality outputs, not solely coordination.
- HR Systems & Data Insights: Contribute to ERP/HRIS implementation activities (business transformation programme and related systems). Navigate end-to-end HR processes and how they connect to systems and workflows. Use HR data, reporting tools, and analytics (e.g., Excel pivot tables, Power BI) to generate meaningful insights.
- International Collaboration: Work across multiple European geographies and partner with local HR teams as needed. Build strong cross-border relationships to ensure consistency, alignment, and shared learning.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent. CIPD Chartered status or working toward it.
Experience & Knowledge: 5+ years of progressive HR experience in generalist or business partnering roles. Experience working across multiple European countries. Strong HR systems proficiency (HRMS/HRIS). Familiarity with HR analytics, reporting, and tools such as Excel. Experience contributing to HR policy, process, or systems work. Desirable: experience with HR system implementations (Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.), matrix environments, technology or manufacturing sectors, or broader European/global HR exposure.
