Contract Manager

What you’ll be doing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of operational site security and front‑of‑house services ensuring a first‑class experience.
• Lead a large team of security officers and front‑of‑house staff.
• Conduct and monitor staff appraisals encouraging development and progression.
• Oversee staff training and development with monthly progress reporting.
• Manage rotas effectively to ensure coverage.
• Implement policies, SOPs, assignment instructions and emergency preparedness plans.
• Handle incident management and response promptly and professionally.
• Safeguard people, buildings and information assets.
• Assist with long‑term strategic planning for the security function.
• Oversee the operation of security systems.
• Work cross‑functionally with Property and Facilities teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis across the estate.

Qualifications :

What we’re looking for

• SIA Licence (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Access to a vehicle or good transport links
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Experience managing operational security delivery
• Proven ability to lead large teams (15)
• Passion for service excellence
• Experience implementing security strategy and policies (SOPs)
• Ability to positively engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Preferred: Background in Security Management
