Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
• Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
• Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.
• Manage keys and perform locking/unlocking duties.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and issue visitor passes.
• Handle lost property per site procedures.
• Book on/off shifts and make check calls per company policy.
• Complete paperwork and handovers efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management
• Deliver outstanding service and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain a smart appearance and answer calls courteously.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence
• Valid Driving Licence
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
• Excellent customer service, people skills, organisational skills and time management
• IT Literate
