Join First Response Group as a Crowd Safety Steward working at a major football and events venue based in Watford. This is a front-facing role where professionalism, awareness and customer service matter just as much as safety. You will help create a safe and positive environment for spectators while supporting event operations from arrival through to departure.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming spectators and providing clear directions and assistance
- Monitoring crowd movement within concourses, seating areas and entrances
- Managing queues and access points during peak periods
- Identifying and reporting safety risks or unusual behaviour
- Supporting emergency and evacuation procedures when required
- Working closely with supervisors and control room teams
You must live 45 minutes commute from Watford.
