The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

As a key member of the team you will:

  • Assist the wider team in implementing positive behaviour plans and routines for our young people.
  • Use strategies to promote healthy sleep and wake patterns.
  • Help the young people to meet their personal care needs.
  • Directly support the young people during the night, when required.

Be compassionate and understanding. Dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure. Effective verbal and listening skills. Excellent time management and communication skills.
