The successful candidate will be supporting all aspects of a busy Parts Department including:
- Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
- Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are stored accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
- Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.
- Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
- Supporting our Technicians.
- Maintaining the department's cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Assisting in stock checks and preparing deliveries.
- Packing and loading Parts correctly.
This role attracts an OTE of circa £31,000.
Experience of working in a Parts department would be beneficial but not essential. A full driving licence is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge is necessary.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Parts Advisor to join our team and contribute to the success of the Porsche Centre Tewkesbury. If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset.
