Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Personal Assistant to support a bright and lively 16-year-old girl living in New Malden. The role involves both community-based and home-based support, providing care in a safe, structured, and positive environment. Support will include accompanying her on outings in the community, such as visits to parks and playgrounds, supervising at home during activities such as eating, assisting with personal care, and maintaining clear and consistent boundaries in a calm and encouraging way.
As there may occasionally be behaviours that challenge, the ideal person will be patient, confident, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure, with a positive approach and good sense of humour.
One shift of 3 to 4 hours per week is currently available, either at weekends or after school, with flexibility around days. There may be the possibility of additional hours in the future..
