ResponsibilitiesYou’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Welcoming, training, and supporting new and existing security staff throughout their onboarding journey.
- Delivering engaging classroom and field‑based training sessions to build competence, confidence, and operational readiness.
- Adapting training content and methods to align with a fast‑moving contract, ensuring programmes keep pace with innovation, growth, and operational changes.
- Ensuring all personnel understand and follow safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coaching teams on best practice, professional standards, and site‑specific procedures.
- Conducting training assessments, skills checks, and certifications to maintain compliance.
- Identifying training needs, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement—then translating them into effective development plans.
- Supporting emergency‑response training, including drills, evacuations, and scenario‑based learning.
- Maintaining accurate records of all training activity, documentation, and handovers.
- Collaborating with campus leadership and training teams to align programmes, schedules, and development initiatives across a global, multi‑site environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Access to your own vehicle, with a full and valid UK driving licence.
- Experience delivering operational training both on‑site and in classroom environments.
- Experience in adult education (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills, with the confidence to coordinate training schedules and adapt to changing needs.
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across multiple sites.
- A proactive approach—someone who uses initiative and is motivated to continuously improve training quality.
