We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, Advisors, and Generalists to ensure alignment with HR and People Strategy.
- Analyse and review employee survey data, providing actionable insights and facilitating site-based improvement plans.
- Develop and deliver tailored engagement strategies for each account business unit to boost morale and productivity.
- Champion positive union engagement, fostering constructive relationships between account management and union officials.
- Design and deliver training sessions for account teams to promote employee engagement and best practices.
- Create and distribute monthly employee engagement communications to keep teams informed and motivated.
- Support manpower planning and resourcing activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyse retention statistics within business units and implement corrective measures to improve employee retention.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to account management teams, empowering them to take ownership of engagement initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of new and existing HR policies, including industrial relations strategies.
- Drive a culture of reward and recognition across account teams, ensuring achievements are celebrated.
- Identify and track clear, measurable KPIs and objectives aligned with HR goals and business requirements.
- Deliver training on employee engagement and succession planning to support career development.
- Maintain open communication channels, recognise achievements, and strengthen the Securitas community.
- Implement new working methods in partnership with the wider HR team to support continuous improvement and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company values—Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness—and promote a safe, risk-aware working environment.

Qualifications What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in HR or employee engagement roles. (CIPD L5 Desirable)
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyse data and implement strategic action plans.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to provide a 5 year employment history and cover any gaps where appropriate.
- Right to Work in the UK.
