Responsibilities:
- Manage security personnel and oversee daily operational security tasks.
- Coordinate service delivery, incident reporting, and performance monitoring to maintain high safety and service standards.
- Uphold company values—Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness—while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure security staff are trained, licensed, and compliant; oversee accurate reporting, incident management, and investigations.
- Monitor staff performance and wellbeing; provide motivational supervision and support recruitment, onboarding, recognition, and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with company and client policies; assist Contract Management Team with improvements; manage security equipment (keys, radios, control systems).
- Carry out regular site checks, inspections, and patrols; maintain clear communication with management, clients, and security teams.
- Promote a safe, secure working environment aligned with company values.
- Demonstrate leadership, self-management, decision-making, and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Develop business and commercial awareness; support client relationships and operational excellence; drive customer and sales awareness where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Over 3–5 years’ professional security experience.
- Valid SIA Licence.
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct; IT competence (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Leadership experience in security and customer service training.
- Ability to handle confidential matters and adapt to changing priorities.
- Right to work in the UK; ability to provide a full 5-year employment/education history.
- Health & Safety knowledge; First Aid certification.
- High computer literacy, including access control and security software.
- Customer service–driven with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
