Join our team as a Site Security Supervisor at a secure, professional site in Rochester.
Pay & Hours
- £16.24 per hour
- 56 hours per week
- 7 on / 3 off, 7 on / 4 off rotation
- Days and nights
- Full Time Permanent
The Role
- Lead and support a team of Security Officers
- Manage incidents and emergency responses
- Conduct patrols and compliance checks
- Monitor CCTV and access control
- Complete reports and documentation
- Liaise with site management and emergency services
Qualifications
- Valid SIA Licence
- Previous security supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good IT and report writing skills
- Flexibility to work days and nights
- Eligible for SC Clearance
- British citizen
- 5 year checkable work history
