Job Description


What you will be doing:


Support work isn’t just about making cups of tea and personal care (though we agree—a good cup of tea does go a long way!). At Insignia Healthcare Group, we believe in enhancing lives and empowering individuals with emotional, physical, and complex disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.


We are currently looking for a committed and compassionate night support worker to join the care team supporting a two year old male child living in the family home in Rackheath Norwich. He is a Cheeky-Chappy who enjoys exploring the world around him as he is starting to walk. He loves playing with his older brother, the family cats and watching Micky Mouse and Mr. Tumble. Although he is currently non-verbal he can communicate his needs via sounds and pointing.


He has complex clinical needs, including:



  • TPN

  • Stoma

  • PEG


Your role will involve supporting with eating and drinking, personal care, and respiratory management, as well as contributing to there sense of independence and wellbeing through social interaction and sensory play.


Key Details:



  • Shifts: 12-hour waking night shifts

  • Schedule: Fixed rota pattern which Includes alternate weekend working

  • Location: Rackheath (Norwich)


All positions can be given as a contracted fixed rota position or on a casual basis if preferred.
