Responsibilities
- You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Ensure protection of property and premises by preventing unauthorized access, monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV, and conducting patrols and ID checks.
- Manage keys, perform locking/unlocking duties, and report incidents while maintaining accurate logs.
- Support health and safety by guiding staff and visitors, enforcing safety procedures, and responding to emergencies and fire alarms.
- Prevent loss and waste by reporting risks and securing premises during patrols.
- Deter crime by monitoring suspicious activity, enforcing stop and search policies, and reporting incidents.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, maintain professional presentation, and handle calls professionally.
- Complete paperwork, follow company procedures, and promote core values.
- Manage Self, Decision Making, Communication Skills, Operational Excellence, Relationship Building and Networking.
Qualifications
- SIA Licence (must hold or be working towards), First Aid qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry.
- Must hold SC clearance or be willing to undergo the vetting process.
- Five years of checkable employment or education history.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong IT literacy, excellent timekeeping, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
