We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, proactive and people-focused Front of House Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic STARS team at Securitas, based at our prestigious Head Office, Cobra House, Milton Keynes (MK17 8LX). This is not your average front-of-house role. Our STARS provide a “two roles in one” service, you’ll deliver outstanding customer experience while maintaining a discreet, professional security presence — making a real impact every single day. You’ll be the calm, professional and friendly first point of contact for everyone who walks through the door, from welcoming global corporate clients and senior leaders to liaising with country presidents, contractors, delivery drivers and postmen.
Role & Schedule
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 14:00
- Salary: ÂŁ14.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Reception & Front of House services
- Concierge-style customer support
- Building Management and inductions
- VIP visits and client tours
- Event organising and management
- Facilities and office coordination
- Administration and third-party vendor management
- Security processes, protocols and procedures
- Delivering a polished, welcoming brand experience at all times
- Creating a lasting impression through attentive, professional hosting
Who We’re Looking For

- Flexible and proactive, happy to work extra hours when needed
Qualifications
- 5 year checkable history
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Full UK Driving license (issued prior to 1997 and/or have Category D1)
- Ability to deliver VIP travel and transportation
- Confident in driving an 8-seater minibus
Essential Skills
- Highest quality personal appearance
- Flexible, professional and able to work under pressure
- Outstanding written, verbal and oral communication
- Customer-oriented with a passion for high-level service
- Working knowledge of MS Office, GSuite, etc.
- Polite and proactive; punctual and trustworthy

- Experience in Customer Service, Front of House, Concierge, Hosting or related roles
- Demonstrate integrity, vigilance and helpfulness
