Responsibilities- Supervise a team of Security Officers and Controllers, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and legal requirements.
- Ensure all team members report for duty as scheduled and expedite issues promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact during incidents and emergencies, providing operational support and leadership.
- Respond to incidents and manage alarm activations effectively.
- Coordinate daily post rotations, task assignments, and breaks; monitor team performance and welfare.
- Enforce standards of conduct, task completion, and behaviour; ensure all personnel are briefed and trained.
- Implement procedures for managing emergency situations involving fire, security, and safety.
- Plan and deliver activities and services to meet specified standards and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain liaison with Duty Managers.
- Ensure proper issuance and use of security equipment, including radios, and oversee duties such as patrols and CCTV monitoring.

Qualifications- Weâre looking for someone who sees a different worldâsomeone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow.
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and CCTV Licence.
- Strong IT skills and ability to manage systems effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong focus on client relations.
- Ability to lead and manage contractors, third parties, and team members.
- Fiveâyear checkable employment history or acceptable documentation for gaps.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Ability to uphold Securitas core values: Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
- Desirable: IOSH certification and Manual Handling Training.
