Overview
Join our dedicated security team as an Operations Analyst, where your commitment to safety and security will be valued and rewarded. This role offers regular overtime and excellent opportunities to progress within an industry-leading company.
Salary: £13.58 per hour • Hours: 42 per week • Schedule: 4 on 4 off days & nights • Benefits: Free gym access, Free parking • Licensing: SIA preferable but not essential • Experience: Preferable but not essential
Responsibilities
- The GSOC is the coordination focal point for security operations monitoring and crisis response across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
- The GSOC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, OAs and management.
- As an Operations Analyst you will be the initial point of contact for enquiries and communications with national and international clients by monitoring and responding to alarm activations across many different countries.
- Where necessary you will be providing advice to callers and reporting incidents using the designated reporting procedures and protocols set out by our clients.
- You will also be maintaining appropriate and timely coordination between client sites, personnel, and the appropriate Global Physical Security (GPS) and other Lines of business management on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- SIA licence (or willing to train to achieve this qualification)
- Right to work in the UK with a 5 year checkable history
- Good communicator, team player and multi-tasker
- Good computer skills
- Good written and verbal comprehension
- Able to remain calm and professional
- Ability to provide clear and concise advice
- Have an understanding of or have the ability to learn the main tenets of safety and security operations and procedures
