Overview: As a Security Officer at Securitas you protect people, property and information, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. You patrol key areas, manage gatehouse duties, and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork for security incidents.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses.
- Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors and guests.
- Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity.
Qualifications:
- Valid SIA licence (or willingness to complete training).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK with at least 5 years of education or employment history.
- Strong interpersonal skills and written/vocal English proficiency.
