We are Hiring: Enduring Retail Security Officer
Location: Hull, HU1
Pay: £19.50 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 and Saturday, 09:00-14:00

As an Enduring Officer, you will be the central point of contact for all incidents, delivering the highest levels of customer service while embodying our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
Effectively, enhancing the security on-site at a moment’s notice because in an emergency, you will already be present, ready, and trained to take appropriate action.
Job Description
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
Responsibilities
- Provide a proactive approach to all security related issues throughout the duration of the duty.
- Responding to identifiable threats, incidents, or colleague wellbeing support when required
- Maintain constant and appropriate communications with the Joint Operation Centre, be it through radio, tablet, or other tech appliances.
- Highest level of bearing and deportment, alert, inquisitive, visible, and always have a strong security presence.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- SIA Licence- DS/CP
- Right to work in the UK
- 5-year checkable work history
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Customer Service experience
- Good organisational skills
- Reliable and customer focused with a commitment to exemplary service
- Depends on Location – Ability to acquire Enhanced DBS checks
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
