We’re Hiring: Security Supervisor
Location: Edinburgh, UK
Pay: £13.68 per hour.
Hours: 12‑hour shift – 42‑hour week average (4 on, 4 off), Day and Night shift.

About the role:
As a Site Supervisor at Securitas, you’ll do more than protect what’s important—you’ll empower people to thrive. Your presence will make others feel safe, welcome, and supported. You’ll ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and safety standards while maintaining accurate reports and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective security plans, identify potential risks, and coordinate resources to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethics, setting the standard for the team and ensuring all procedures are followed consistently.
- Foster a positive, proactive team environment by coaching, supporting, and encouraging staff to perform at their best and uphold high security standards.
- Maintain vigilance, report incidents, and prevent disruption.
Qualifications:
- A valid SIA licence & security experience.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- Leadership experience familiar with MS Office.
- Right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
- Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken.
