Pay: £12.60 per hour.

Hours: 12 hour shift - 4ON 4OFF pattern - (Night Shift).

Responsibilities
  • Mobile Security Operations: Perform lock/unlock duties, patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and escort services.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful attitude with clients and colleagues.
  • Shift & Task Management: Follow Deputy Branch Manager instructions, complete full shift handovers, communicate with the team, and reallocate tasks as needed.
  • Support & Coordination: Assist Mobile Dispatch with adhoc requests and ensure smooth flow of information for shifts.
  • Uniform & Equipment: Ensure correct uniform/equipment use and complete vehicle checks at shift start and end.
  • Driving & Compliance: Drive safely, follow the Highway Code, and represent the company professionally.
  • Security Protocols & Reporting: Follow key management and escalation procedures; complete accurate reports using GRS/SMP systems.
  • SOP Compliance: Adhere to SOP13, SOP18, and the driver’s handbook.

Qualifications
  • Valid SIA Licence.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Manual UK Driving Licence + access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work nights, and weekends.
  • The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
  • Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
