- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate vehicle sales/purchase records, manage DVLA registrations, and ensure risk management for used vehicles.
- Transaction Management: Invoice sales promptly, handle vehicle taxing and tax rebates, oversee new vehicle ordering, and manage new vehicle adoption.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate internal and external communication with Accounts and Sales Managers, and engage in Group and branch projects.
- Team Management and Development: Oversee the Vehicle Administration team's daily activities and ensure continuous training and development.

Reporting: Manage vehicle ledgers and stocklists; conduct stock checks; prepare reconciliations and financial reports; handle warranty, service contracts, and vehicle finance settlements.
