Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide an amazing customer service experience for customers
  • Deliver a prompt and efficient service to all enquiries received mostly by telephone but also via email and live chat; offering help, advice and support
  • Process orders, returns, payments and refunds for customers
  • Maintain an awareness of current promotions and product changes
  • Arrange deliveries
  • Resolve any order issues and find a solution to problems
  • Generate customer interest in the company’s own branded products
  • Delight customers by going the extra mile
  • Offer help and support to other staff members, when needed

Our ideal candidate is capable, ambitious, professional, flexible and has a terrific can-do attitude! Ideally, you will also have experience in a telephone and web-based service centre on site in Crewe.

Skills Required

  • 2 years of customer experience required
  • A genuine passion and interest in customer service - a real people-person who gets job satisfaction from helping others
  • An attentive listener and naturally positive communicator - both written and verbal
  • Ability to problem-solve and put yourself in the customer’s shoes!
  • A good level of IT skills - happy to email, input some information, copy and paste, etc.
  • Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail

You’ll listen to our customers, understand their needs and use your knowledge to resolve queries quickly and effectively.

2 positions available on site in Crewe:

  • 1x Full time 40 hours pw, Mon-Fri 9.30am-6pm, £26,546.33 pa
  • 1x Part time 20 hours pw, Mon 9.30am-6pm, Tues & Weds 11.30am-6pm, £13,273.17 pa
