Corporate Security Officer

Location: Broughton, Chester, CH4
Pay: £13.25 – £13.79 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week on rotating shifts (early shift 5:00am – 1:30pm one week, late shift 12:30pm – 9:00pm the next week).

Responsibilities

  • Protect intellectual property and confidential information.
  • Maintain site security by performing daily tasks to keep the site secure and compliant with client expectations.
  • Manage access control, including staff and vehicle searches.
  • Conduct building patrols and monitor security alarm panels.
  • Respond to emergencies efficiently to manage risk events.
  • Perform wing escort duties to prevent traffic blockages and unauthorized access.
  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing as required.
  • Provide intermediate emergency care (IEC) when necessary; otherwise voluntary.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
  • Valid SIA licence.
  • Full UK manual driving licence.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented with strong organisational, customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be a British national, reside in the UK for the last 5 years and be able to achieve BPSS and SC clearance.
