Responsibilities:
- Ensure all personnel under your supervision have completed the appropriate site training
- Accurately roster and plan for all direct reporting officers, ensuring sufficient cover
- Conduct monthly check‑ins with all security officers
- Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviour of all security personnel
- Report all incidents
- Assist the Security Management Team
- Plan, develop and implement staff training
- Monitor faults with security equipment
- Monitor Access Control, CCTV, detection and alarm systems
Qualifications:
- A valid DS licence
- CCTV licence
- Minimum 3 years of security experience
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history
- Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken
