Pay: ÂŁ17.60 per hour

Hours: 4 on 4 off – Nights Only

Grade: 3.1

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all personnel under your supervision have completed the appropriate site training
  • Accurately roster and plan for all direct reporting officers, ensuring sufficient cover
  • Conduct monthly check‑ins with all security officers
  • Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviour of all security personnel
  • Report all incidents
  • Assist the Security Management Team
  • Plan, develop and implement staff training
  • Monitor faults with security equipment
  • Monitor Access Control, CCTV, detection and alarm systems

Qualifications:

  • A valid DS licence
  • CCTV licence
  • Minimum 3 years of security experience
  • The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history
  • Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken
