Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate and manage personnel scheduling to meet operational needs
  • Oversee diary management for operational leadership
  • Process and track annual leave requests accurately
  • Manage and order uniforms and office supplies
  • Handle basic payroll queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Take clear and concise meeting notes and minutes
  • Support on-call escalation and response processes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records
  • Use internal systems and tools confidently and efficiently
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, and field teams
  • Provide administrative support to operations managers
  • Contribute to improving operational processes and efficiency
  • Ensure consistency and fairness in workforce planning
  • Foster strong relationships across regional and national teams

Qualifications
